Addison Morgan arrived July 26, 2011 at 4:11pm. My labor wasn't quite what I expected, but she is worth every pain and discomfort I went through.
I've been in love with this little girl since I found out we found out were having her, but that love was multiplied hearing her first cry and seeing her for the first time. My heart is so full when I look at her and I feel so blessed to have brought her in to the world.
She just turned 7 weeks old this past Tuesday, and all the parents who told me to treasure every moment, are so right! Time is flying by! I teared up when she first out-grew a pair of pjs.
Brian and I love to hold her and sing to her - I hope she loves music as much as we do!
Here's a quick run-down of Addison at 7 weeks:
*She loves to sit in her swing and sway
*She coos in her sleep (and snores!)
*She loves to move her hands (perhaps she'll lead music one day!)
*She smiles all the time-ever since she was born! And no, it's not gas.... ; )
